What phones does MagnetiQ work with?

MagnetiQ works with any phone that has MagSafe or can use a magnetic case. This includes iPhone 12 and newer (built-in MagSafe), and any Android phone with a MagSafe-compatible case (we recommend ones with N52 magnets).

How strong is the magnetic grip?

Very strong. MagnetiQ uses N52 rare-earth magnets that can hold up to 1kg. Your phone isn't going anywhere. We've tested it with the heaviest phones on the market, including the iPhone Pro Max with cases.

Will it scratch my phone?

No. The magnetic mount has a soft silicone coating that protects your phone from scratches. We've designed every contact point to be phone-safe.

What surfaces can I attach it to?

MagnetiQ can attach magnetically to any metal surface (fridges, cars, gym equipment, etc.). For non-metal surfaces, use the built-in tripod legs or place it on any flat surface.

How compact is it when folded?

MagnetiQ folds to just 8cm x 5cm x 1.5cm – about the size of a credit card stack. It weighs only 85g, lighter than most keychains.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to over 50 countries worldwide. UK shipping is free on orders over £30. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

How long does shipping take?

UK Standard: 3-5 business days. UK Express: 1-2 business days. International: 7-14 business days depending on location.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. You can track it directly from our website or the carrier's site.

What's your return policy?

We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy. If you're not happy, send it back for a full refund. We'll even cover return shipping in the UK.

What does the warranty cover?

Our 1-year warranty covers any manufacturing defects. If something breaks under normal use, we'll replace it free of charge.

How do I start a return?

Just email us at support@magnetiq.com with your order number. We'll send you a prepaid return label (UK only) and process your refund within 5 business days of receiving the item.

Can I use it for video calls?

Yes! MagnetiQ is perfect for Zoom, Teams, FaceTime, and any video call. Set it up at eye level for the most professional angle.

Does it work for landscape and portrait?

Yes, MagnetiQ supports both orientations. The magnetic connection allows for smooth 360° rotation, so you can switch between landscape and portrait instantly.

Can I adjust the angle?

Yes. The hinge allows for 180° tilt adjustment, and the tripod legs provide additional stability at any angle you need.
